Nice effort
I'd say you could my the lines more bolder, but that's just me.
I like bolder lines myself, but can never figure out how to balance them in Photoshop. I am still learning.

For critiques, if you don't mind my saying so, I think you could work on making the lines less sketchy--unless that's what you wanted to do with it of course--but I think more solid outlines would give the drawing a more solid feel. I like the pose and that gun is really cool--makes me want to work on giving Nia bigger weaponry to play with. I've always likened her (design-wise, not story-wise) to a 'black Tomb Raider' with her choice of weapons, but I've been thinking about pushing her in more of a Punisher direction, giving her heavier artillery. Your piece here reminded me of that.
I really appreciate this. I'll be adding it to my favorites as well as posting it among the rest of the Nia art done by friends in my journal shoutboard.
I had another image I was going to do freom photo ref where the girl is holding a single handgun. I liked it but I liked this one better because of the big gun and the coy look in her eye
Plus we were talking about her as a merecenary so I thought she should try her hand at a military grade weapon. I thought it would show the toughness that is evident in all the other images you have on your page.
I feel you on the sketchy lines. It was semi intentional. I think I meant to go back and clean it up but part of me liked it as I was doing it.
I will definitely take the time to clean it up next time.
